This is the week, both XBox Series X (worst name ever) and PS5 come out this week.


Anyone getting one? How about both?


I'm a PS5 guy myself since I value game exclusives more than I value online play. PS5 drops with a new Spider-Man game which is getting great reviews.

i have probably close to a hundred unplayed ps4 games thanks to my ps plus subscription. just dont have time for video games anymore. got a ps4 at launch but will sit the ps5 launch out. might buy one when they refresh the console mid gen.

Whenever Amazon gets the PS5 in stock I’ll order one. Hopefully Thursday.

I'll get the new Xbox, but I'll likely wait until after Christmas.

watched reviews of both systems. XBox is more powerful which is a change from last gen where PS4 was more powerful. But, as usual, XBOX pales in comparison to PS when it comes to exclusive games.

No reason to get an XBOX at launch as they don't have a single exclusive title at launch. I'm getting PS5 because of the exclusives, but I might grab an XBOX in a couple years if the superior tech starts to result in games that are superior to their PS5 counterparts.

I got a ps4 at launch and it had issues and had to be replaced very quickly. They had a run of them where they wouldn’t eject discs for some reason. I think I can wait as I haven’t touched my systems for a year probably. The kids can muddle on by with the current iterations we own.

Unless you were a bot odds are you weren't able to order a PS5 yesterday, even through Walmart's wave of restocks.

My guy tells me PS5's won't be back in stock until Black Friday at the earliest.

I got a PS5 in my cart from Amazon yesterday but by the time I hit the checkout button it was gone, which I completely expected to happen anyway. Surprised it was even up long enough for that. The digital edition was up long enough I could have probably got one, but I want the drive.
