After I take the other teams flag, sometimes when I run back to my own goal, there is the WAIT sign?

1- WTF am I waiting for?

2- Do I need to press any buttons to get the flag capped?

Makes sense. Had not been a flag carrier until yesterday. Always wondered why these guys wouldn't plant the flag and would hide.
