In return for not caring what we registered for for the wedding I get the piles and piles of Target gift cards we got and will be getting a 360 with them. I'll probably get the 250 GB with the Kinect. What else do I need that doesn't come in the box? I remember they used to be sold without HDMI cords, stuff like that.

They don't include an HDMI cable anymore, so you'll want that...ethernet cable also unless you use the built in wireless...if you're anything like me, you already have these two things sitting around, so no biggie...

Yeah Dance Central is the first game I'm getting for it. I'm a sucker for rhythm games and it's Xbox exclusive.

You'll also need to stop buying dancing games and get yourself Mass Effect 2, newb.

do they include the battery packs for the controllers now? definitely need to buy those.

Good call...yes, invest in a play-and-charge kit for every controller you plan on having...those things are essential...

How about game-wise? Have a PS3 so looking for Xbox exclusive stuff or games that are much better on Xbox. Don't care about shooters, are the Fable games any good, other Kinect games? How about media shit? Netflix is pretty cool on PS3, anything like that?

Dance Central was awesome, didn't know it recorded you for the freestyle parts, that was unflattering.

Seeing you at McBride's a few weeks ago I assumed you and lipid played that dancing game together online .....
