Has anyone used Amazon's release date shipping for new games? I think it's definitely worth it to wait 12 hours (verses a midnight monday pickup) to avoid tax, and the release date shipping is only $0.99. I'm trying it for the first time, expecting Dragon Age 2 sometime Tuesday afternoon.

Just seems a bit cheap for that kind of offer, and worried about a possible shipping delay (and the fact that if its late, all Amazon will probably do is refund the $0.99).

shipping concerns aside, really looking forward to DA2 - I just hope it isn't overly simplified by trying to convert it to be more like Mass Effect (conversation wheel, static character).

Have never had any problem with Amazon shipping and we order a ton from them. I would say you've got nothing to worry about.

Sometimes I would rather pay the extra dollar or two to buy it from Amazon direct versus one of their vendors offering the same thing because I've never had a problem with Amazon..
