I have a 2012 HTC One S, and I'm debating whether I should trade it in for the new HTC One or the Galaxy S4. It's worth $115 right now at T-Mobile, although I could probably squeeze 80 or so more dollars out of it through selling it privately. Does anyone here have the new One or S4? If so, do you have any thoughts on it?

Also, what do you all think of T-Mobile's new plan structure? If you can tolerate the inconsistent service (depending on where you live), you can save a lot of money using the new family plans vs the current prices offered by other members of the big four.
