Normally its excellent but the internet is coming apart at the seams right now. Also the way the broadcasts work you're watching the replay server so some things might not look exactly like they happened on track. My kid has raced on iRacing for quite some time and they take it seriously. I didn't watch the broadcast so maybe they showed the rigs these guys use but its a lot more than a bunch of dudes sitting on their couch with a game pad. We built my son's rig as a project and had a company in Georgia build a tube steel chassis with a full d-box full motion system. He does the endurance events like Daytona 24HR, Sebring 12HR, and LeMans 24HR against real F1, Indycar, Nascar, and endurance racers. He's on a team with drivers from Austria, Switzerland, and the UK and they do well considering the competition. Most of the top teams they race against are sponsored and have engineers.

I think Kyle Long sponsors a team on iRacing. I know he races on there.

I’ve watched both of these so far, probably will continue to watch the rest....what else am I gonna do?
