Since Danny became all the rage in NASCAR, race attendance is down 24%. Shes not the savior. Go to a race & you wont see hardly any Danny shirts, hats or flags...anywhere. My beef with her all along has been that she is a lousy race car driver & doesn't deserve the attention that she gets, which is only due to the fact that she is a hot Female. Her star is flickering & will burn out soon.

I've been to 6 or 7 races in the last few years, both Sprint Cup & Nationwide Series. Outside of a few heavyweight Wisconsin type Women wearing Danica t shirts, you hardly ever see anyone wearing her gear.

if every single driver in nascar was a stupid Caller Bob with big tits that wrecked their cars every race, attendance would be HUGE. but is that good for nascar? it wouldnt be the sport you once knew, but who cares right because attendance is up. the nba could get ratings by having their cheerleaders play 1 quarter every game, but then we dont really have basketball anymore, do we?

youre missing the point ks. watering down a sport just to get more "fans" doesnt help the game. danica is an abomination of nascar, and fans like me, who used to love the sport, rarely watch anymore because i am tired of people telling me "oh that danica is pretty good for a girl!" :rolleyes:

how does that hurt the sport? theyre not telling fans "ooo watch those guys theyre such good racers!" creating a division of fanbase that doesnt even know what theyre watching.

the only reason danica is good for nascar is because half of nascar has always been advertising. more then half really. so if you want nascar to be a pile of shit 4 hour long commercial, danica is perfect for the "sport".
