Remember what happened last time the show went to Vegas? Someone "overslept" and missed the open of his own show. With that type of professionalism and dedication it is no wonder "management" decided to keep old mikey home.

Last time they went to Las Vegas, they did not go to Las Vegas. I remember them staying at some ranch that was half an hour away from the strip. There was none of the ambient noise from the sports book that make broadcasting during the tournament worthwhile.

Here is a novel idea: the first round of the tournament is IN CHICAGO this year. Broadcast from the UC.

I promise you we will see the above become true in a couple of days. I also promise you no one at the station from Mitch to the receptionist knew it was in town.

It's a nice place, the brothers who own it also own the UFC, they took an older casino and trying to make it as hip as possible. They try to throw concerts, etc, but the fact is that the only reason I will ever be going there again is on my way back to Mandalay Bay from a day at Lake Mead!

not that it's that bad, just not on the Strip or close to anything else and the "Talent" is not even close to on par with other places.
