There have been a few deaths among the x-games athletes if I am not mistaken and they are all so damn young.

Side Note, does Sonny Bono get a spot on that mountainside even without the motorized snow riding vehicle?

Yes, but I have seen some other deaths in training accidents and possibly other

Too bad for the guy and his family.

The chick that replaced Extension 720 kept going on about how we idolize people who enter the X-Games, even though they are basically committing suicide by participating. And we love them for it because we all have bloodlust. That the X-Games doesn't care about safety - except for having paramedics on hand. Mariotti-esque stuff. Would love to see what her numbers are in comparison to Extension 720 - they can't be any better.

I think a few of the motorcycle big air guys have died as you said in other events and or practice and I think maybe a skier/snowboarder in Europe.
