The original one on the East side of ashland being converted into a Hamburger place!

Always something better about that place. Freshest and best taco in the city. Guys cuts the meat 3 feet from you, tosses it in the tortilla w cilantro and onion. Bam, 3 seconds you are eating!

The one on the West side of the street still open with the new banner "Often Imitated, Never Duplicated" which is ironic as it so common place, it cant be copyrighted!

Yup, and no more.

Plus if I was ever driving home from my drug dealers house around 33rd and Shields , I would take Ashland, so being on the east side was easier to pull off and grab a "taster" as we called them.

I've never agreed with the favorable opinions of the place that I have read here.

I think there is one much closer to me now on Lawrence but my go to place is Taco Burrito King on Touhy.

2 across the street from each other near Irving Park and Sacramento, including an alcohol serving, new this year 'La Pasadita Cantina'.
