OK, fine. Let's just move on with Josh McCown.

I'm not going to argue it.

Look, if Cutler was reasonably priced or signed thru another year, that would be one thing.

He's gonna take up way too much money to bring back either way.

What if Trestman ID'd a guy that he had to have as a QB. How much is too much to spend for Tresty's guy?

I think Cutler's people are banking on this. There is no doubt Trestman loves him or he's a world class bullshitter.

I'm not seeing the Tresty love for Cutler. Why do you think there is no doubt that he loves Jay?

Trestman's eyes light up whenever he talks about Cutler. He's done everything he can to curry favor from Cutler. It is clear that he loves his physical tools and want him to come back. We don't know what Emery thinks.

It's hard to remember specific examples, but if you really want to find out the answer you'd have to go back and watch his mid-week press conferences.

For me, a specific example was the Browns game. If he was ready to move on, Cutler comes out after the 2nd INT. It was the perfect opportunity to go back to Josh. No one would have second guessed that move, but he stuck with him.
