Did you catch Fred's comment this morning? During Annies 7:00am "news" report, Pappy began to rant against Bono and his efforts to help third world countries. When the topic turned to AIDs prevention in Africa Fred offered this gem: "I would tell them to keep it in their loincloth. I would have said pants, but I don't know if they wear them."

On a side note, I find it amusing that North bashes Bono for publicly pushing personal causes while he takes every opportunity to bring up his own charitable contributions. "I gave winter coats to a 3rd grade class" or "I bought 5 vests for police dogs","adopt-a-pet"...etc. Bono may be a little self-important, but at least he has earned that right. North is just a blowhard. I'll bet if Bono saved a dog somewhere rather than helping a 3rd world country (i.e. non-white) he'd sing his praises.

Yeah Zip I heard it......that's why I call him Fred Boobner. I like how Anne stepped over that comment and moved on to the next story. The more I hear him the less respect I have for him.

I don't listen to the show for Fred anyways. I listen hoping that Mike will talk about sports.....and as soon as 9:00 comes, I immediately switch to Silvy and Carm

You nailed it Coast. Why in the hell would anyone listen so intently every day for four hours to someone the claim to hate so? Are there no other alternatives? Or are these people all masochists. Then not only do they spend all kinds of time listening then they spend even more time posting. What a sad world. Sitting around with your hands in your pants waiting for Fred Hubener to say something that offends you. Here is a suggestion. STOP LISTENING. I can't stand Murph or Jessie so when they are on I DON"T LISTEN. Empower yourself. Regain the twenty hours of your life you spend waiting to be offended and use that time to do charity work. You will feel better about yourself and you will be contributing to society at the same time. Then, rather than pointing out perceived injustice you would preventing injustice by actually doing something rather than bitching. Cause the current method, pointing out injustice on this site, is not really making great inroads with Fred and his ilk.

Evilbob, rather than to get into a flaming session with you, I'll just say keep doing what you do, and I'll keep doing what I do. First off, I listen on my way to work. Secondly, I didn't create this thread. I was simply responding to the question directed at me by Zippy. So I'll just leave it at that. But I'll say one thing: It's funny how you're chiding people for posting, yet I've seen your name quite a few times as well, so who are you crapping? And furthermore, I listen to North and Co until Silvy and Carm start. If SC would start their show earlier, I would listen earlier.
