Great interview with Steward and just boxing in general. Steward and Mike were talking about the Taylor-Pavlik fight in which Taylor got knocked out. Taylor knocked Pavlik down earlier in the fight and when he got up Emanuel said Taylor should have threw more straight punches, as Pavlik did when he KO'd Taylor. WTF! Didn't YOU train Jermain Taylor? Emanuel Steward is highly overated. He has trained more champions than anyone I believe. And most have been knocked out or have lost their title because of his skillful training.
