Fred read a commercial where he talked about his personal trainer. Now I know anyone with 50 bucks and a computer can call themselves a personal trainer, but whose the fraud drawing a paycheck "training" this dumpy asswipe?

He just started with the trainer. I think it is a Bally's promotion. I give anyone credit for putting in the time to fix a problem.

True enough GD. I just thought it was funny hearing Fred talk about fitness. Will he still do Big Bub's BBQ commercials? He should hire a professional radio host to train him.

Excessive eating is not a problem. There are regimens that result in 30-40 lbs drop in a week or two. Just ask Eddy Curry. :twisted:

I once lost like 10 lbs in a week, but for like 4 of the days I didn't eat anything but water and sugar free red bull.
