BR, I went back to see if we could figure out how his health benefits worked. Here is a link to his original employment agreement, and it appears he only receives whatever the rest of the employees at Travelers get (I was surprised by this).

However, I noted in his 2015 compensation, which is disclosed in the proxy each year, his "other" compensation jumped from $86,000 to $210,000. I think that is probably the health care payments after reaching his deductible. Most employer plans have a stop loss after $4,000 or so per person. I am just guessing as their is no other disclosure on the matter. But you're right, he won't be hurting as he made over $20M in 2015 as per page 49 of the link below.
