It was simple - she was an executive producer. With Jay Zawaski, Chris Collins and drinky already holding those titles, there were no openings and she wasn't going to take a demotion to be like Rock again (No offense Rock). I'm sure she's looking elsewhere in the CBS family, but for now, she'll take a chance on Mike and hope he gets a gig and he negotiates that she can be his producer and bring her in with him.
