Summerall dropped the "N" bomb when talking about Lovie, North didn't skip a beat

I don't tape them; I translate his words into hieroglyphics and inscribe them on papyrus. That method of preservation is more in keeping with the technology of the era when Pat Summerall last said anything interesting or relevant.

Summerall called Lovie a niggard?
That could be said about the Mcklaskey Family but not Lovie.
Lovie strikes me as a very generous man.

Why does Pat Summerall have a show? Did I miss something here again?

Well, not a show. Just a weekly segment with North where he imparts his football "expertise." It's all part of North's recurring theme of handing out gigs to unqualified people--you know, like cocktail waitresses at Gibson's, old NFL announcers who were in their prime in the 1980's . . .
