IMU, you should do some research before you just start saying things. you say lots of things you "feel" should be true but simply is not.

However, this is the first time I can recall you being upset about being on that list - but it's been mentioned quite a bit lately.

Yeah, I have no problem being associated with some guys I hang out with

I definitely have a problem with people making it sound like I believe things like " ____ is racist" because Kid or Bagels or someone else said it. Would you like me to start labeling things The poker guys think this is racist? Do you want to be thrown in with all of CIJ, DT, and Free Ajents thoughts? Doubtful

Thats pretty logical, no?

So you DID mean to implicate more than just kid?

Changing your story again?

Nice terminology - "implicate". You are a stitch. I asked him if one of the people that are regulalry on the "list" made that post, would be the same? Yes there are many people that have discussed/added names to/ attacked that list.

And, uh, no - don't associate me most of the racist and inappropriate stuff that comes out of some of those "poker guys" mouths. I'm not about that. Then again, we don't run around here calling each the "gang" or the "fellas" either. So I'm not sure why we'd all be lumped together. BTW - you were at poker last time - how'd it go? I wasn't there.

How much does the series of injections cost?

How much does it cost the government per prisoner per day?

Do you honestly believe that all an execution costs is the price of the actual execution?
Come on man, you're supposedly an intellectual. Think a little more about it.

No idea what you are talking about. You've given me a taste of some more ramblings and garbage that make little sense. Maybe try a cute kitty pic. I never feel like respondingto those.

Sounds like what I sometimes do...

FavreFan wrote:
You seemed to want to argue that this is not important because more people care about the NFL than this man.

That is not at all what I am arguing. I am stating that people are pretending this is more important to them on an individual basis. They are pretending this will somehow make an impact on them. They are going into an uproar over something because others are getting into an uproar over it...I would go so far as to assume that half of the people who have made a Yahoo or Facebook comment on the matter don't even know the details behind it. I am assuming that this isn't important to people based on my idea that in 3 months if I go on Facebook and post 'that Troy Davis thing was a damn shame'...99% of users will have to Google it to figure out what the shit-fuck I'm referring to.

I think you are overestimating by far the impact of stories like these, especially when they accumulate over time. This is why people view our country the way they do, good or bad. What happened to Troy Davis is far more important than the name Troy Davis. Many people will remember this just like they remember what happened with cases like Jesse Tafero, even if they don't remember the specific name involved.

So you did mean more than just Cairo?

Here you go:

*Yes: more than just Cairo submitted names to that list and partcipate in the racial accusations.
-or-
*No: I was talking directly to OKC and referencing the list while doing so.

Now, you go ahead and pick one of those answers and decide which one you can understand. Both are true, but really just one should satisfy you at this point.

Ok, Spanky, whatever and whoever you meant is fine.

All good

Id just like to say that the opinions of members of the crew are not neccessarily the views of rpb or rpb industries.

I dont agree with a lot of the 'he's racist/that's racist' stuff on this site in general, so just wanted to make that clear.

You are not the all of her citizens though. Are there stats on the death penalty and would you go along with it if the majority ruled?

I mean, I'm all about 'Fuck Tha Police'... but you're not supposed to kill them. And you're especially not supposed to be celebrated for it, or made a martyr for it.

But he's not being celebrated for it. And he's being made a martyr, if you wanna call it that, because our government killed someone who may have been innocent last night. There's no proof he did it. The fact that we don't know is enough to cause outrage.

I would never, ever "go along" with killing people because a majority supported it. Killing people, especially when incarcerated, will never allign with my personal viewpoint on the universe. It's bad juju, karma, whatever you want to call it. Murder is wrong. Regardless of whom you decide to murder. Or if you call it something other than murder.

Kirk, we enter this week's contest with most of the attention on UCF defensive end Troy Davis - number 58 in your programs - and what this Junior has meant to his team on and off the field. Not only is he an accomplished run-stopper on the gridiron, but he is also reportedly quite the puss-hound around campus.

Folks, I had the opportunity to join Davis last weekend as he made his way down Greek row on a warm, cloudy Friday evening. Not having particularly keen vision, the young man found his way to Sigma Kappa's annual "Copa Cabana Party" by dropping his pants and following his Davis like. A. Damned. Divining Rod.

Now here come your Knights!

Swing and a miss on this one.

And I don't think I ever outright accused anyone here of being the problem. I questioned it though, sure. I see a lot of 'this' in American society. Pretending to be upset over something because it is, as I said before, the Flavor of the Day.

edit: And I'm making sure you assholes remember Troy fucking Davis in 3 months from now.

Some advice: bring it up in person at a board get together or else they could google it in seconds and say they remembered it.
