A failure from the start. Did anybody here actually eat there?

How did that work by the way? Was Maddon actually paying Ricketts rent for that place?

Or did Ricketts give him free rent?

I think its funny how his restaurant is still in Tampa, but this one closes as soon he is gone. Typical of Chicago. Nobody gives a shit about him.

Ditka's and Harry Caray's actually have good food though. Some of their dishes are outstanding.

I can't imagine a Joe Maddon restaurant doing anything unique enough to stand out in Chicago. Nor can I imagine it was at a price point to compete with other local outfits.

Harry Caray's has gone really downhill. Last time I was there it was probably on par with an Olive Garden and the place was nearly empty. Not a good sign.
