Even if people had not heard of Troy until yesterday, if it causes people to be outraged enough to question our country's justice system, I'm all for it. Americans can't wait to wave the flag and scream how we live in the "best country in the world", but we rarely take the time to look at our blemishes. A light needs to be shone on situations like what took place yesterday. America needs to look in the mirror and have an honest dialogue with itself.

It's a really sad case I found out about a couple of years ago. It's very possible that an innocent man was murdered last night. One innocent person being executed (regardless of race) is a terrible injustice and should be given a better look than it was given. If almost all of the "witnesses" recant their testimony and the balistic evidence is proven to be incorrect, then what evidence is their that says this man is guilty?

Capital punishment remains flawed/broken and should be done away with...
