Often described as "affable", the actor Bill Daily finds himself dead at the age of 91. Well, probably other people found him dead, but you get the gist. His most memorable role was as Major Healey in the "I Dream Of Jeannie" television show from several decades ago. Bob Newhart once argued his most memorable role was on The Bob Newhart Show, but some bias may have been involved. I spent a few minutes looking for anybody with anything bad to say about him, but I could not find anything. Proud grad of Lane Tech -- RIP to him, he was quite the entertainer.

He was a great sitcom guy. He had a funny way of acting with a nervous tic of rubbing his hands over his chest area as he delivered a punchline. I never knew he was a Chicago guy....RIP.
