They are for sale, and they are in for $100 mil to creditors. I think they will still be around in some capacity. They closed 38 locations, I don't think they own much real estate. The under-performing stores are supposedly in need of a refresh/model, and they decided not to spend any money on marketing in the 4th quarter, leads me to believe they don't place much value on the brand.
