Despite all the rumors and conspiracy theories, it was shown that he died from being shot in the head. He seemed to be a good President but I wasn't alive back then.

Listened to Dan Carlin’s Destroyer of World podcast recently in which the nuclear age was analyzed from WWII to the 70s. JFK handled the Cuban Missile Crisis brilliantly. Not just with Khrushchev but with withstanding pressure to use military force. Great listen.
