Really tragic way to die, but I liked following his longshot rides because some of them would hit. He was a talented jockey, and was going to turn 35 right on Breeder's Cup Day.

I heard about this earlier today watching some Breeders Cup morning programming, very sad.

I feel bad about it. Especially because I called him a motherfucker more than once.

It's kind of a strange story. I'm not sure why he was walking across the Interstate.

Liked how the Arlington and Fairgrounds announcer would call him "Miggy Mena!!!" He was good at squeezing through a small opening on the rail if available.

Prayers to his family.

John G. Dooley. I really enjoyed his calls at Arlington. I hope he keeps his Fairgrounds gig.
