When you going to have Mark DeRosa on the air and apologize to him about you saying he used steroids to have a great year and he would be a bust as a cub?

I know you have said he has done well and you admitted that you said he would do bad, but be the stand up dude you always pat yourself on the back about being?

Yeah. This has been Pappy's ass hole routine for years. Shouldn't shock anybody. Carry a big stick and duck and cover when confronted.

That's one thing I respect the hell out of Bernstein for. Like him or hate him he (and Terry in many cases) has the balls to say those things to athletes and coaches to their faces. He's done it many times in Bears training camp and think he even did it in a phone interview to DeRosa a while back. I remember him telling DeRosa that he thought he was "just kind of a guy and not any sort of impact player" when the Cubs signed him. He also doesn't do the cop out crap of saying "people say" or "it's been said" when he was the one saying it. North is a chicken shit ass kissing phoney but that ass kissing will continue him being teflon in this city.

And yes, he sure did talk alot about D Ro and Roids, as the CUBS signed him right away leaving plenty of time to talk about him.

The whole station is this way. I remember Bernstein always implies this with Podsednik, I know he hates his guts but I'd love to hear how he'd talk if he interviewed him.
