I wish someone close to Mike would just look on the internet for him and TELL HIM WHAT CHANNEL VERSUS IS ON HIS CABLE/SAT SYSTEM! Then we could stop hearing this asinine argument that it's too difficult to find.

And Fred, the overtime was not on Versus when you finally did find Versus because IT WAS OVER IN 48 SECONDS!

The old "I can't find a certain channel on my cable system" argument is so lame and stupid . . .

Wait, though, Mike North is lame and stupid too, so it's a perfect fit!

I'm amazed how many people apparently don't seem to know how to use the on-screen channel guide for Direct TV. I heard another radio talker saying he couldn't find a certain game in high def on his TV. It's not real complicated: Guide/sports channels/down arrow to scroll. Mike is a bit of a special case, though. He has never claimed any acuity with gadgets. He might still have a VCR with the clock blinking too.

"Yeah, da VCR is too hard. Bebe has tuh work dat, but I does know how to pop a Sinatra album on da hi-fi."

I'm pretty sure Mike's mansion has top of the line audiovisual setup.
