I might be wrong here, but I think this is that ratings void period where it just doesn't matter what a station does? M&H, MJH, TB, Bernstein, all taking time off for 'cottage'. I can only assume many other stations have on air guys taking time off as well.

With all these vacancies for a period of time, North can't even get a 'Day' on the air anywhere?

One would have to think if anyone had any interest in North this would be a perfect time to give him one day on the air to hear how bad he could be in another format.

Of course, he might know how bad his show would be if he had to talk all politics, thus he won't go on the air with a new deal.

I would love to hear North talk all politics, that show would fail after month 3 when the humor of letting a racist goof on the air talk politics.

Oogie, that makes a lot of sense. You'd think that someone would take a chance on him, to see how he would do; especially with it being the "B" team schedule on most shows. If no more than a small ratings perk due to curiosoty; since some would tune in to see what he'd have to say.
