Ripped through his webio show today and heard him mention Mac. Pappy said once again that Mac is jealous of Pappys new book, thats why mac is doing one now. Said when Mac was out of work, that mac didnt have the brains that he had to find something like has with his webio show, mac isnt a leader, Pappy is.

Pappy also took shots at mulligan and hanley today, saying that he lost most listeners then they will ever have, I dont think mike grasps what that means.

Thats all I could listen to, busy trying to get the water out of my paddocks and pastures

I've listed some to this Webio program, and not much has changed. At least last week, he didn't talk much sports, just here and there, mixed in with what a genius this concept is, and his birthday, & actually had his wife co-hosting....As for the Score, he mentions it often and occassionally mentions Dan McNeil as well. What he does is take subtle jabs at them, and then wishes them the best.

It's also interesting to hear him and his wife talk about he has created a brand new business concept, and how they have advertisers flocking to them....he must have mentioned these points a few times each show that I heard, and then would mention how he and Jiggets may or may not have a deal in January.

I am all for anyone doing what they want, but comcast would have to be out of their mind to give those two air time, that ship has sailed.

North was talking about how bad the morning re-runs are on Comcast, and how they could use a morning show, but then refused to confirm what he was hinting at.

The guy thinks of himself as a big star, and has this inflated ego of himself.

Meanwhile, he's doing a Webio show.

North dysfunctional thought process and lack of any type of smarts is showing. He thinks because someone picks up a phone and gives him 5 minutes to try and sell his scam, that they will beg him to work for them. North is ignoring the fact that no one has given him a solid offer and is trying to sell this webio show as his invention, thinking that everyone is buying it, thats just plain pathetic.

Question for Pappy, if McNeils contract runs out tomorrow, the score would be all over him to come back, but the score told you to go away and no one offered you squat, what does that say?

North has nothing to base his show on so he has to rip others to get ATTENTION. That's all this are, attention seeking gimmicks.

If he's been on a week or so and still nobody's told him doing a podcast is nothing special or revolutionary and that he didnt invent it, then he's just an ignorant fool. he is SO OUT OF TOUCH with people today that no wonder he had 60s/70s has beens on his morning shows as guests.

I can bet you hardly anyone knows about his web show. And who the hell is going to tune in at 9am from work.

The thing about Mac is- and this is coming from a guy that's taken some shots at McNeil on the board in the past- when he writes stuff it's generally thoughtful or, at the very least, properly punctuated. Some of the stuff on North's site, especially the "blog" items, read like spam poetry.



The permanent items read better, at least from a grammar standpoint, but I'm going to assume that North is responsible for most of the daily stuff and that there was help with the more permanent items. Dan McNeil doesn't need help to write complete sentences.

At this point North has degenerated to nothing but a tout, and that's sad in and of itself. Even worse, I don't think he gets it. He thinks that he can do things like pick different teams in the same game and people will find it harmless or, even better, amusing (at least most touts would go through the trouble of disguising their aliases, instead of advertising them.) I get why a tout website would have various experts providing picks; when one of the members goes on a streak, you can point to that as a selling point. None have ever been so stupid as to make it as clear as North has.

Doesn't he realize that CSN doesn't pay big money for hosts? I think it is funny that he's now begging after turning down 750-800k. He truly is mentally ill. He has no shot of getting the Sox job, CSN may put him on but for not much money, his website is a disaster and his thought that he is inventing web broadcasting is funny. He and Al Gore- inventors of the internet!!

Jigs would be out of his mind to team with North again. North thought he was so damn big and got Jigs removed from their show. Jigs is sitting phat right now and doesn't need North bringing him down.

you're right but you forgot one important point in your synopsis, Jigs has a tendency to allow people who have fucked him over back into his professional life.

Especially if you feed him.
