A note about last week's column: In writing about radio personality Mike North, I described his morning show as "one of the highest rated" in Chicago. I didn't want to print a specific ranking, since new Arbitron ratings were due out last week. Now that those numbers are out, and, given that North's show doesn't even make the top 10, my characterization looks quite silly. My apologies.

Rock, I think you missed the point. They promote the show all day and night and still nothing? It is the only show they promote. Unless you are going to find me some demographic about white men 35-54 that have been divorced twice, hang out at Gibsons and think they are in the mob and your going to tell me you are number 1 in that group?

Can't help it that she had a screwup in her column, that's why you're supposed to proof-read and research everything. And no matter what ya'll say, the #'s are up, it may be small, but they're up.

C'mon, Rock...it's been over a year and you're going nowhere. Mike North has become the Harriet Miers of radio.

Uh oh, ROCK has got his feathers ruffled - he's insisting the small numbers are small but up small - that's a lot of smalls! Kind of like the pre-Levitra Mike Ditka, " Look, Honey, it's not up much but it's up a little bit." Yeah but it's still an embarassment and it still doesn't get the job done. Kind of like The North Show.

i've heard promos for every show during the post game. theres one with mully, one with murph for sure. maybe you didn't hear it.

Yes, "Guest" from the Score, you suddenly do promote all the shows - NOW - ever since we started complaining here.
