Was Ann not there today, or did she just not talk? I had the show on for a few min. sometime before 7, while North called Michael Irvin a piece of crap. Then at about 9:30, Mike was asking Fred his opinion of the Jim Thome trade, and again, I heard no Annie.

A lot of people like North when he talks sports. A North show talking sports with just Fred in the background might be better than what what you get now. To me, that would be a "cheap" fixture and I would say The Score could still do better.

There has got to be alot of pissed off Score employee's over Annie's contract. The girl reads the news she gets off the wire every hour. Then she tells us the weather. For that she gets 100,000. Pathetic.

I can do that. Opps I got barbecue sauce on the keyboard. Hmmmmm

The show is now basically a sports show - of course, he did have McCain on today, but it has taken a sports direction, which is always good, on a sports station.

How effective of a sports show is it when you have a co-host who isn't even qualified to talk sports? Mike North shifting the show back to sports, sure seems to me like he knows the show's a failure, but is afraid to admit it. So maybe if he just talks sports, everyone will just bypass the fact that there is an indivudual who shouldn't be there in the 1st place.

Let's pair Dan McNeil with Tracy Butler, the ABC7 morning weather person and see how that works. I sure love that idea for a sports show.

And one more thing... After Anne is eventually gone, and maybe Fred too, you just know Mike is going to talk trash about them and blame the failure on them. Just wait.
