I remember listening and when they would finsih the 30 seconds of uncomfortable semi sprots talk, Annie and Fred would compliemt Mike on soemthing he did well. LOL

Have you noticed that the North segment isn't now, or ever been, sponsored?

Why would Larry Wert have agreed to this square peg in a circle hole-move without being convinced he sales staff could sell it?

Also, as much as they try, there just isn't chemistry, and it shows. You've got a broad who asks pre-scripted sports questions, which is the wrong thing to do. It is supposed to be free-form, like they are all having this great sports conversation, so when she asks North a question, there is absolutely no opportunity for follow up.

It is just a horrible decision on both sides. Sure it is easy to say Wert was out of his mind to do this, but really North was as well - what does it do other than put his middle-aged fat fuck face on TV?

No one watches Dick and Ellie anyway. Ch.5 remains horrible on a local level. I'm surprised North is on due to his previously expressed abhorrence of Oriental-type folks as being responsible for SARS.

i watch it only for ellie. she's cute and perky and she turns me on - but - i think she'd begin to annoy me after a few weeks if she's like that all the time.
