I don't remember this guy at all but from the fuzzy photo he looks like the love child of Fred The Hammer Williamson and David Allen Grier.

I think he's still alive.

My memories of Russ Ewing are that every criminal who was holding someone hostage wanted to talk to Russ Ewing before they surrendered.
