Something like this:

Hey Ya'll,
Thanks for listening ya'll. We're all real proud of the show we're doing. We bust our asses everyday. We got the Bookie Priest twice a day ya'll. Everyone I talk to loves it ya'll. We took a vote and decided not to do a remote. Mike said, lets be different, everyone's doing one. Did ya'll really need another remote? See we're undeniably Chicago ya'll. Did I tell ya'll that Bookie Priest is on twice a day? Thanks for the support ya'll. Gotta go clean my rose-colored glasses. Later!

Rock

Can I give it a shot?

Hey guys. Thanks for listening. Your support makes my hard work worth it. Did I tell you guys that I get there at midnight and don't leave until noon. We talked about doing a remote. But we decided against it. Ann needs to be near the AP wire so she can tell news stories that Mike can make stupid comments on... I mean comment on. Well any who...gotta go. Me and my pals are going to the tatto parlor. I'm getting one of a snake going through a donut. Get the symbolism guys. Man I'm a bad ass.

I've got another one

Hey Y'all. We are all working very hard on the show. Did I mention how hard we work on the show. I work hard. Mike and Ann works hard. We all work hard. We all took a vote on doing a remote. As you can see it was voted down. Mully and Murph were there so why should we go. My vote counts just as much as Mike's. It does. No really. My opinion is valued. I work very hard.

You guys crack me up....I thought the topic was Entertain Me Rock??

We weren't in Wrigleyville doing a remote because we didn't plan on it to begin with. I can't recall any conversation about us going out there at any time. We (Mike, myself, Jen) did make it out to Wrigleyville after the show to stop by say hello to Murph and then we went across the street to stop in a say hello to MJH. Do I think we should have been out there, yeah.....according to everything I've been reading it seemed everyone was out there. But the Score did have a presence at Mullens with Mully/Buffone and Murph, so it's not like the station was totally aliennated from the area. We were right across the street from Barleycorn where ESPN was.

I gotta say though....yesterday was the first time I had a chance to meet MJH, and I'm not sure if ya'll(yes, I'm from the south....ya'll) have ever had a chance to meet em....but the guys are real cool and they got one of the best shows going in the market. Very entertaining time out at Barleycorn where I got to catch up with some old friends and meet alot of people that love to just have a good time.

Hope this reply is entertaining enough for ya!!

-Rock

Rock:

Brilliant move on your part showing up for some free pub from MJH. You just reached thousands of listeners that have never heard of the MNMS.

Yes, everyone knows that MJH are entertaining Rock. The flawed ratings show that they are number one in the male demographic. Hell, they chased away your man Pappy from afternoons after they kicked his ass.

I hope you and Pappy were taking notes on how to do a good show while you were there. I'm shocked to here you say that a remote was never discussed. Opening day happens every year. Y'all are a sports station. No one brought up going to wrigleyville for the opener. Pretty sad.

Rock, I gotta say

This is really bad

We weren't in Wrigleyville doing a remote because we didn't plan on it to begin with. I can't recall any conversation about us going out there at any time

Plus although you guys did have Muprh and Mulli, the gig was not announced until only a few days before the game and Mullens is kinda a tiny place.

Plus if I knoew you had been making it out I would have hung at BArleycorn, may have just missed you.

Anyone remember a Bears game with 20 seconds left in the half and Dick Jauron elected not to try a 42 yard FG "Just because", they didn't talk about it and instead they ran off the field?

I just wish we could play the Bills early & often. What makes anyone think Dick's gotten better and/or has a real offensive coach this time?

Once a year -- not enough...
