That was just a bad time for that fight, it's not like the kings were playing uninspired, they were damn close to putting it into the net until Kane stepped up. And even when the fight started the kings were setting up in the offensive zone. Just a dumb spot to start a fight, and of course he gets killed. The sad part is that westgarth is like 6'5 and it looked like he was Patrick Kane out there...
