Any North fans out there? BAsed on the little bits I listen too, that show has not changed and it still sucks. Am I wrong? When I do something new at my job, my boss lets me try to make it work. If it doesnt, I change it. Why do the "bosses" at that station continue to let that train wreck day after day after day?

When he sticks to sports, I think he's fine, although he (not unlike others on the Score) tend to be controversial in their viewpoints. He's not only that, but over the top as well.

Fred continues to be the 'Yes' man for North though he has disagreed to an extent on the importance of a manger....

Annie still has no role on this show, and too often still, they do have their political/social debates that are either talking points for the opposing sides or North just suggesting things (turning NK into a parking lot) that aren't realistic.

Overall, the show is mostly sports, but that's the problem. It should be a sports show - not a sports show with some entertainment/politics, and that's why it just doesn't work overall. Too many times, I'm expecting North to tell me what he did last night for dinner, what he's doing next weekend, why North Korea/Iran should be destroyed.

I dont hate Mike and his morning show is one of the better in Chicago which is very sad. But now that Mancow is looking for a new home maybe Mike and the Cow. I dont undersatnd why anybody would want to hear Mike talk sports, in the past year he blamed the Bears playoff loss on Grossman, said the Reggie Bush was an average college football player, blasted LeBron James as being overated after they lost to the Pistons in Game 7, said Maddux should have gotten a long term deal after his hot start, said baker is the best manager the Cubs could have and a whole lotta Dusty love, ripped on the Boston closer after giving up the first run on the road this year on Sunday. Mike depends way to much on raw emotion and doesnt think things out.

I never understood how people think Pappy is smart when it comes to sports. He said after the Bulls tied the heat 2-2 that Kirk was a better player then Wade. In the early days everyone will remember the famous "Harbaugh is better then Aikman".

He's a blowhard. He is the guy at the local corner bar who potificates about everything, and the only way he wins is to keep yelling. These guys can be amusing, even entertaing for a while, but as the ratings show, North is no longer any of those things.

I happened to be in NY on business recently, and listened to WFAN for the better part of three days. What I heard was sports - some smart, some rather inane, but sports. This was through the night as well as the weekends - no what's your favorite food and the other inane topics that make up the Score.
