It really is amazing how these high powered radio people are so stupid. We were told by Buch and even by Rock that nobody here knows what they are talking about.

Now look. They are doing everything that people from this board suggested. Amazing. But not really. I still think Pappy is a joke in any format. But with Drinky there I'll give it a couple months to determine. Him making Pappy look like an idiot every day might make it very enjoyable.

The show is much improved. We used to like Mike. He provided nice moments like getting Riley pissed about his hair. I was younger then and didn't listen much, but know he talked sports. Now we get adopt a pet, boring games, lame old drinking stories. The worst part for me was the politics and how Annie would put her personal views into it, really ruined the broadcast for me. Nothing personal for me, but I found her voice to be annoying and it wasn't something I wanted to hear after waking up early (especially her topics). A listened for a bit today and heard sports, drinky helps, and I thought it was a nice listen

I remember before the MNMS made it's debut, someone posted here saying "Anne will give Mike a run for his money." I don't remember who that person was... it was probably a random guest, but that person sounded so confident, like he or she knew what they were talking about.

Does anyone else remember that?

I think that one line from that person is the funniest, most laugh out loud line ever posted on this board.

Contempt, I remember that as being part of the press release when the show was announced.

I also remember that even the most loyal listeners of North have recognized her as a problem from day one. The first week of the show mike read e-mails that said "lose the nun."

I don't want to pound Annie personally since the change seems to have been made. I nicknamed her Tranny on her because the show tried to represent her as a hot MILF with a liberal streak, which was a lie. I abused her professionally because it was painfully obvious she knew very little about sports and, even worse, politics. That said, she seemed like a good person so I wish no ill will in the rest of her career. Get all the money you possibly can, read the news like a professional but never utter another opinion on a sports radio station.

While I agree with a lot of what you say, Mike just had his best trend ever. And that was with Annie. I'd love to hear how Mitch spins this to management. And I don't mean Paul Agase.
