Mike, I watched all of the preseason and saw Chris Harris make a number of missed tackles when he didn;t wrap up. I saw interviews with him whjere he said he needed to wrap up. I saw Lovie talk about players wrapping up.

Your WSCR Bears Expert Hub has been on the air for a week talking about this as an imminent change (imminent means ready to take place), others have talked about this because of Mike Brown talking about leaving.
