How good a story is it? So good I didn't realize they killed Xavier. That's fine storytelling; kudos to the artist.

Anyway, Patrick Stewart will be back doing something, soon. Just to irritate you.

Edit: Oh, I'll add that I prefer Doom Patrol over X-Men, any day.

Wolverine in next to impossible to kill. Like I said I do not like Xmen or most mutants so I do not read them. Just got back into reading again,I see they are letting almost anyone into the Avengers these days. Turning into NWO it seems.
