Over the past 3 years I would say that I have heard Mike read a handful of Emails that say "I ride to work with my husabnd every morning and he has your show on and I have really grown to like it" or something very similar

NOBODY Sends Radio Stations General Emails just saying they generally like a show. Surely not the large number of Emails Mike North claims to get that really like his show. People send Emails with a TOPIC. Whether it is Good or Bad, there is still a speciifc reason they Emailed. Sorry, BeBe nobody is so moved with emotion from Mike's show that they need to Email to thank him for the great show. Not even Ike.

-BeBe needs to get a new Backstory for her Emails.

-The one I heard this morning was from Patty Stockwell. I did a search and found a Patricia Stockwell in Huntley, IL. and might even call her today just to ask. Hey, I can say I am taking a survey.

-Maybe Bebe waa watching Oceans 12 and he heard Matt Damon ue his fake name with Bruce Willis, "Hi, Glenn Snackwell..I am with the studio"


Remember keep them short and sign them folks because when I say a name at the end of an email that means it is real!

I think you guys are taking things a little too far.

That e-mail did strike me as fabricated. You missed the real point the creator was attempting to make. She said she likes the return to the old format.

It could be real. On the other hand, the e-mail is from a non SCORE regular listener who fits an uncommon demographic talking about a subject that is tangential to sports radio. Again it could be real. However, putting it in terms that I can relate to, I have never felt the need to e-mail Delilah from WLIT or Eric and Kathy after listening to their shows when my wife is in the car.

Again, it could be real...and leave Mrs. Stockwell alone.

Dolphin, there is no way we can prove it unless we get a hold of P. Snackwell.

Trust your instincts on this one.

Pathetic when a Morning show getting paid that kind of money needs to fabricate Emails to show evidence of some type of fan base.

Now I did not get the honor of hearing 'Emails' and god knows I stay around the radio to hear Mike read emails, but I could swear I have heard him read almost the exact same email before.

I have been saying it for years now that half the emails are fake.

But if thats what they feel they need to do to have a "good show" so be it.
