This is Mike flexing his muscles - frtizt=y back, the keeping of Annie; the only reason that makes any sense is that Mitch is letting Mike dig his own grave.

My guess is that North went to Mitch, said "I know what will work, take the handcuffs off me and I'll show you what we can do, etc" - and Mitch, saddled with a big contract, is banking that MIke doesn't know how to build a show and will fail. When the contract is up, Mitch drastically low balls Mike, North leaves in a huff, and Mitch can build the morning drive his way ( not saying it's better; but it will be his way)

If North is no longer doing the morning show next year at this time, is there any chance that the Score just picks up some syndicated morning show since everything they've tried in that slot would have failed ?

Mike and Mike....but, even then the ratings would suck.

fritzy has NO business being on the radio, he has nothing to add, H3LL if everyone that had a friend in radio was on the air imagine how horrible it would sound.
Sadly Mike North thinks this is good radio, what terrible injustice to the listeners.

Dear Score
I am a longtime loyal listener. I recently heard Mike North's Pal Fritzy back on the air. I cannot understand why this person is back on your station in any capacity. He has nothing to do with sports and his humor is tasteless in most cases.

His only claim to fame is that he is a friend of Mike North's, does that qualify all of Mike's friends to be on the air ? Additionally, I cannot understand why the Score cannot seem to find a way to improve the Mike North morning show, allowing Fritzy back is a step in the WRONG direction.

I will be sending a similar letter to CBS corporate concerning the Mike North Show. This show is of little value and only showed signs of improvement when guests hosts from other time slots were brought in with Mike North. Shortly after that the show reverted back to its current form which again was a step in the wrong direction, this show is an embarrassment.

Additionally, your station is losing listeners, to other shows because of Mike North. I will change stations quite often because of Mike North's show and often don't remember to switch back until I have missed a lot or parts of the shows that enjoy on your station.

I encourage you to make changes.
