Soul food is terribly unhealthy, especially if you spend a lifetime eating it - as many blacks learn in their 50s and older. We gotta stop eating all that fried, greasy shit.

Plenty of white men and women suffer heart issues too. Lifestyle and heredity is a much bigger component of that than race is.

He was a boxer who lived until 70. Not bad with the beatings they take.

I know that. I was speaking specifically about traditional soul food and how unhealthy it is. The black lifespan, especially for males is lower than that of other races. Diet plays a big part in this. The #1 leading cause of death for blacks is heart disease.
