This is a year I'll probably never forget. I lost my grandmother (practically my mother) earlier this year. Even though I thought I was prepared for it spiritually and emotionally it was still tough saying goodbye. The holiday's and her birthday in a week brought back and will likely bring back some of those emotions. Despite the loss I have so much to be thankful for. I am definitely grateful for all the highs that 2013 brought me. I had a lot of personal and spiritual growth and expect 2014 to be even better.

Yeah, 2013 was a crazy year. Turned 30, had twins, saw the Hawks win the cup again, bought a van, lost 40lbs, gained 15 back after having said twins....

I predict a vasectomy in my future for 2014.

2013 was pretty good to me. Bought a house, got married, posted here about 8000 times, golfed a lot. Not too shabby, 2013. Not too shabby at all.

I think that is the only area in Northern Indiana that I ever see state cops pull over non-semi truck vehicles.
