I am not going to bust on Mike for taking a 3 week break, because I do think he works hard when he is on the air.

I am going to bust on him for working so hard on the air.

He does have to carry every single topic, every conversation, every announcement, basically everything, becase nothing else is planned enough with any sort of a creative edge so it has to turn into a screaming, yelling, talking over everyone segment.

When Mike needs to do everything, he is going to need a break.

Need better people around him, but he decided on the people he sits with so nobody elses fault but his own.

The show was much better today with ZZ and Fred hosting rather than North, and I normally can't stand either of those two.
