Guess it's a new consequence of the shooting - Brady's death. Similar cases have occurred under these sort of delayed death circumstances.

The guys actions directly led to his death? Sure it took it's sweet time to finish the job, but I'm guessing that's the angle they are going.

They should also charge his mother with homicide, posthumously if necessary.

After all, she knowingly committed an action that would eventually lead to his death when she gave birth to him!
