Sounds like the Power Went out? Was it 10 or 20 minutes before they found the fuse and replaced it? lol

Just guessing My Guy Mike made it sound like he just made it through a living hell? but thats just a guess. I'm not sayin' I'm jus' sayin'

Missed most of the rest of shows, but looks like there is very little discussion in Mikey Mikes forum area about his show.

the city EG put the juice back on or generators got delivered in a few hours. they started the show on the phone. the station made it thru though and had quite a few highlights for the rest of the day.

It was a blast being there, but you could barely hear anything unless you were sitting by the bar. Place was packed! Especially in the afternoon when I was there. I don't know how the turnout was for the morning

I talked to the head chef when I got to RTS (I used to work there) and he said it came back on about 45 minutes after the show started. They didn't have to resort to generators.

I just thought it was funny that Teelander said Sausage fest and then Baby Mcnown said he talked to the head chef.

Yes too cook people a nice summer SAUSAGE :D or not.

Serioulsy, hey do have a head chef, because RTS and the banquet hall next door are owned / run by the same people. RTS's chef does the food next door as well.

being that they're the first show on the roster, the mike north show has had plenty of technical difficulties at remotes. i think it was either last year's super bowl or some other occasion they had to be in detroit, the show was done 'by phone' for the first hour or so. unintentionally weird radio.

Seems to me that show is unintentionally weird most of the time.

you're absolutely right, it's just that whenever they do the show by phone it's just turned up a notch.
