He seems like he would probably cool as hell in this kind of environment. I don't hate the guy. I just think he is terrible in his current role. There are plenty of other roles he would probably be excellent at.

Hey, I don't hate Laurence either, just don't like him and he shouldn't be on the radio in any form. All the other stations he has sent tapes to must agree.

It's a phrase I first heard in Miller's Crossing and always liked. I imagine it's the same motion as someone turning their nose up at you.
