What's the origin of the "Victory Chicken" reference on this show?

In the attempt to eat healthy, it was healthy food when they lost and fattening deep fried when they won. Friend Chicken fit the bill for Victories.

But then sometimes even though it was a W, it was not a good W, so the chicken might then be skinless and grilled!

Victory Chicken started early yesterday. At noon I fixed a breaded chicken breast cutlet with Penne pasta and marinara sauce with peppers and watched Bengals/Steelers. When Da Bears game ended for dinner (official "victory chicken") I had roast chicken with rice & gravy. Today for lunch I will have chicken salad and ranch dressing. What a great game and an even sweeter Victory Monday! :D
