This is true as well. I can handle Rozner because he is a good compliment to other hosts like BernSTINE and Meat. There is actual chemistry there and good back and forth.
Rozner would just need to to trim the "good in small doses" schtick and stick to the, uh, meat and potatoes stuff and he would do fine as a morning host. I mean, nothing could be worse than Mumbley.
I'll give you an example. If you read his recap in the DH on Frank Castillo, you would have noted that he 100% repeated himself on air. When you read his DH articles you tend to find that he has a very limited set of thoughts. Examples:
Tiger is the greatest.
Maddux was the greatest.
Lovie and Jerry were morons.
Ricketts should threaten to move the Cubs.
Etc, etc.
And he may be right on his thoughts, but my point is he keeps after the same topics over and over. He has no new material. It works well in small doses and would bore you as a regular host.
