While our soft serve product used to be categorized as “ice milk,” the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) eliminated this category of product to allow companies the ability to market frozen dairy products as “reduced-fat,” “light,” and “low-fat” ice cream.
DQ® soft serve fits into the “reduced-fat” ice cream category and our shake mix qualifies as “low-fat” ice cream. But, even though our soft serve may have been categorized differently in the past, our recipe has not changed. DQ soft serve contains 5% butterfat, which is not the same as 95% fat-free."

Filling bar ice, and watching what got spilled or dropped in it, is why I drink better beer. Unless you're drinking a straight pour, maybe a few drops of water or water back, you've probably got black shit or just shit in your drink. And given the price of craft brew (to buy) cleaning the beer lines only makes cents.

Oberweiss ice cream is overpriced and blah.

I will take DQ any day over Oberweiss. However, Oberweiss is better than Cold Stone. I avoid Cold Stone at all costs.

I rarely eat ice cream (don't have a sweet tooth). But a couple weeks ago I was driving past an Oberweiss and for some reason decided to swing thru....damn that shit was good. Far better than any fast food chain slop (DQ).
