Zawaski is complaining about people not paying their FF fees.

Now they are talking about their snowblowers and lawnmowers.

Compelling and rich.

With very few exceptions sports radio hosts do not have lives or the ability to talk about their lives in an entertaining way that makes for good radio.

I feel like I am overhearing a conversation between to schmucks on public transportation.

what dopes, you collect FF fees at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the draft. that way if people dont pay they dont get to participate... and then if they dont show to draft it's tough shit for them.

nice of mitch to throw the grunts a bone with air time during the holidays... have to tease these producers with zero realisitic chance of getting on air time in chicago with a taste of the big time so they stick around doing their work the rest of the year at way below their actual value

I thought this was common practice. Zawaski was saying he had to ask people at Christmas to pay their FF dues.

Only because his wife made him do it.

Based on the exchange that Tad posted, I don't think they're cut out for air time anyway .

I don't think they would lie.

Two polacks are able to do a sports radio show. But it's not enough to figure out how to screw in a light bulb at the SCORE studio. They would need Joe Ostrowski.

What the hell? They're all the same. Meet one "Ski" and you've met them all.

I collect all of the season fees ahead of time. Of course that is common practice.

But we have a fees that add up throughout the season as well ($5 per transaction, weekly fee for losing a game, etc), and those can get a little tricky to collect sometimes. But those fees also keep it a little more interesting for everyone all season long also.

Like Abbatacola and Rongey before them, I have a difficult time telling the difference between Ostrowski and Shepkowski. I thought Ostrowski was hosting and Shepkowski was doing updates. Maybe it was the other way around?
